  • Customer orders: Customer names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, and order details submitted through your store.
  • Support communications: Messages you send us via WhatsApp or other contact channels.

  • Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, clicks, and feature interactions within the admin panel.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies: We use session cookies to keep you logged into the admin panel. No advertising cookies are placed without your consent.

  • Steadfast Courier: If you use the Steadfast integration, shipment details (customer name, address, phone) are shared with Steadfast to generate courier assignments. This is only triggered when you manually push an order.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel / CAPI: If you configure Meta CAPI in your store settings, conversion events are transmitted to Facebook's servers. You control this integration entirely — it is disabled by default.

5. Data Retention

We retain your store data for as long as your subscription is active. If your renewal lapses and you do not re-subscribe within the grace period, your data may be archived or deleted. We will notify you before any data deletion occurs.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
